Hannah Montana & Miley Cyrus - Best of Both Worlds Concert

If you don't know yet, Hannah Montana is the fictional name of Miley Cyrus, daughter of country music superstar Billy Ray Cyrus (remember "Achy Breaky Heart"?). Miley became an overnight sensation after Hannah Montana debuted on the Disney Channel in 2006.

This album is a live recording from the Best of Both Worlds tour. It features seven songs as her character, Hannah Montana, and another seven as Miley Cyrus. It looks like Disney are easing fans into the whole idea that Hannah Montana is nothing but a fictional character by having Miley ride on her character's success. Miley's songs are however, just as "Disney" as Hannah Montana's.
At 15 Miley pretty much has it down, her music is not all bad, and she has a good singing voice and writes most of her songs. But the difficulty is always that transition from girl to woman, so it will be interesting to see if Miley can retain her fan base as she heads toward adulthood.

There's also a bonus DVD with live footage and some behind the scenes stuff from her tour. A Jonas Brothers duet and the Hannah Montana theme song are also included on this high energy album. And by high energy, we mean six-year-old-on-a-sugar-rush kind of energy.
