Wild Child: the Soundtrack

When you're 16 and in boarding school (like the movie’s lead character Poppy Moore) you spend more time dancing in your pink satin boxers on your bed than on a dancefloor. But that’s where you get to really let go and practice those moves. From bubblegum and bitchiness to heartbreakers and booty-shakers, damn it’s fun to be teenager!

Hip-jiggling tracks like "Let Me Think About It" from Ida Corr vs Fedde le Grand and "Real Wild Child" by Sarah Harding make sure young, sexy bodies get a real workout. "About You Now" from the Sugababes as well as "Heartbreaker" by Will.i.am ft Cheryl Cole will have at least every second girl screaming "Oh. My. Gosh. Nikki. This song is SOOOOO like what I’m going through right now!"

The ‘IT' song of the soundtrack has to be "Kiss With A Fist" by Florence and the Machine. Angry, violent, obsessive love boxed into a punk rock tune delivered with an edgy British accent. Woohoo! Loves it. From Eve to Kate Nash and Gabriella Cilmi, it’s all good and this is the perfect Christmas prezzie for any girl – whether she’s 16 or 26.

It's normally old 90s tracks like the quintessential school-hall shuffle song – "I'll Be Missing You" from Puff Daddy and Faith Evans that remind me of my boarding school years. But this cheeky, fresh album makes me feel 16 and sassy again.

Does any one know the name of that song where they're training for the game and shes watching them with arms crossed. Something like run down or something. Excellent movie.
