Busted! Music arrests in 2010

MARCH

DMX - Violating his probation by using illegal drugs and not complying with his treatment plan. Brother be losing his mind up in here.

Pete Doherty - Possession of cocaine. Just like Willie Nelson Month in the states (see below), there must similarly be a Pete Doherty month in England. Dewey didn't want none of this.

Richard Finch – The former KC and the Sunshine Band man was accused of having sex with a teenage boy.

Jub Jub – The local music star is currently on trial for his involvement in a driving incident that resulted in the death of four schoolchildren.

MAY

Marion "Suge" Knight - Assault with a deadly weapon. It is unclear whether the charges were substantiated, though.

JUNE

Vince Neil – DUI... with 0.08 blood alcohol level = misdemeanor drunken driving and speeding. Dukktah FEEEELGOOOODD!!!!

Kid Cudi - Criminal mischief and criminal possession of a controlled substance. Kids these days.

JULY

Ice-T - Arrested for reportedly driving with a suspended license.  The charges were later dismissed, and the incident was put down to a clerical error. O.G.

Bryan Adams – No that THAT Bryan Adams. The Color Me Badd singer was arrested in Hawaii on suspicion of harassment. Besides the music, that is.

Foxy Brown - Violating a court order by baring her buttocks while in an argument with a neighbour. Commenting on this incident is too easy.

George Michael - Drug and driving charges after crashing his car into a building. Wham!

AUGUST

Faith Evans – Stopped at a checkpoint and charged with misdemeanour drunken driving.

SEPTEMBER

Bruno Mars - Possession of cocaine. No jokes about being on another planet here. Nope. Mars.

T.I.  – Possession of ecstasy, testing positive for opiates and associating with a convicted felon. Rappers associating with felons? Who knew?

NOVEMBER

Willie Nelson - Marijuana possession. Seriously, busting Willie Nelson for dagga is like a "season" in the police year. "It's Willie Nelson Month. Send in the rookie."  Willie has been busted annually since '76...  1876.

DECEMBER

Phil Rudd - Cannabis possession. The AC/DC man was convicted, which potentially makes international touring and travel difficult.
