Staff at the RHCP show had no clue

Mario van der Westhuizen says:

I was in the general standing area, the staff at the gates had no clue to what entrance to use and was send back and forth.

Second to this the queue to get refreshments was insane and slow. Access to the field for standing was so badly controlled that I slipped on the stairs as we were pushing and shoving and was close to a stampede.

The exit to get off was bigger than entering and was only allowed for people leaving the field. Absolute shocking, this as the 3rd concert I attended at Soccer City and I really hope that taking my Kid to Justin Bieber won’t be this unorganised.

Lastly I will not attend or buy another ticket for a concert held at Soccer City.

Mary-Ann Germishuys says:

I was totally disgusted with the organisation of this huge event, goodness was this their first concert?

I paid R120-00 for secure parking which was full "apparently". I want a refund.

Goodness you were told to enter at a certain turnstile but wow gates are closed and have to enter at another gate and queue forever.

WHAT was the POINT. Open the damn gates at the correct turnstile.

Clearly under staffed - companies that are not capable to cope should not take on such huge events.
