In order to retrieve any content, you will need to make sure of the following first:

1. WAP (GPRS) settings on your handset.
2. GPRS service activated on your SIM card.

Both of these can be obtained by contacting your service provider. The contact details for the service providers are as follows:

MTN – Dial 173 for Prepaid or 808 for contract from your MTN handset Dial *123# for OTA settings

Vodacom – Dial 111 from your Vodacom handset.
Dial *111# for OTA settings
Cell C – Dial 140 from your Cell C handset.

If you have the WAP (GPRS) settings already activated on your handset and the SIM card provisioned for GPRS, please follow the steps below:

· Locate the browser or push message on your handset. Depending on the manufacturer, it will be under Browser Messages (for Motorola), Push Messages (for Samsung) or Service Inbox (for Nokia).

· Once located, select the URL and press either Retrieve, GoTo or Download. The handset will log onto the hosting WAP site and download the content.

· You might be prompted to select the location where you want to save the content, follow the prompts and save.

Your download will now be complete and saved.

1/ Ensure that your cellphone is WAP-enabled.
If you have not yet enabled it, follow these steps:
MTN: Dial *123*13# and Save
Vodacom: Dial *111#, select option 4 or 5 and follow the prompts
Cell C: Sms SMARTDATA to 084 115 9911 (costs R2)

2/ Make sure there's space on your phone
You should have at least 4MB available on your phone memory, as the file is large at 3.1MB. We have recieved some complaints (see below) and suspect these may be related to WAP and available space.
