Annel for There were rumours that ddisselblom are splitting up to pursue individual careers but you are still performing together…
Jaco: Ja, those were just rumours, but we did slow down a bit with the touring, just to regain some sanity.

Annel for Tell us more about your solo projects
Jaco: Both Lienka (Lienka) and Johrne (My seun Mieliepap) now released solo albums. Both of them do solo gigs, but we also incorporate some of their solo stuff in the ddisselblom show. These albums can almost be seen as extentions of what Lienka and Johrne did in the ddisselblom setup. Johrne with a good dose of musical comedy and Lienka showing off her haunting vocal abilities with slightly more elaborate arrangements.

Annel for There’s a rumour that you are working on a third CD?
Jaco: Now, this rumour is true! The third ddisselblom album is on its way and will be released in the second half of 2007. Fans can look forward to hearing their favourite ddisselblom “gig songs”, not previously released on any of our albums as well as some great new songs!
Annel for Will you perform any of the new songs at the KKNK?
Jaco: Yes, we’ll be testing some of the new stuff at our shows at the MK89 Kango Wijnhuis venue.

Annel for When and where can fans see you perform at the KKNK?
- Satruday, 31 March at 20:30 at the MK89 Kango Wijnhuis
- Sunday, 1 April, at 12:00 in the afternoon, MK89 Kango Wijnhuis
- Friday, 6 April at 20:30, MK89 Kango Wijnhuis
- Saturday, 7 April, at 20:30, MK89 Kango Wijnhuis
