Chomee's breast ends up in fan's mouth
Sexy kwaito singer Chomee is on the verge of leaving Arthur Mafokate's 999 Music, reports the Sowetan. This came after Mafokate blasted Chomee for exposing her breast during a performance at the Bassline in Jozi – and allowed a "crazed" male fan to suckle on it. According to a source close to 999 Music, this angered Mafokate, who exploded with rage and gave his protegé a tongue-lashing backstage. "Arthur went mad because he felt the whole thing was indecent,” the insider said. But Chomee did not take kindly to being reprimanded. She fought back and threw a tantrum. This led to a bust-up between the two, with Mafokate said to be dreading losing his cash cow. Chomee, however, doesn't think she did anything wrong. "It was done in all innocence," she said. "Under the same circumstances I would do it again." She said she was ready to leave 999 if she and Mafokate couldn’t get along. "I have a group under my wing and my latest album is doing well," she said. When contacted Mafokate said: "Yes I had a problem with it. I realised too late that I read too much into it. I have a duty to protect the brand because it must remain respectable at all times." So will Arthur just have to grin and bear it next time Chomee decides to breast-feed her fans again? Looks like he doesn’t have a choice…
