5 secrets from the Kings of Chaos tour you definitely didn't know

Cape Town – Channel24 had the amazing opportunity to sit down with Duff McKagan, Matt Sorum and Nuno Bettencourt and ask them a few questions.

In case you’ve been living under a rock, these guys are currently touring South Africa as part of Kings of Chaos, a rock supergroup fronted by Steven Tyler.

On Tuesday, after the Kings of Chaos press conference at the KFM studios, we got to chat with Matt and Duff from Guns n Roses and Nuno from Extreme and these are the secrets they revealed:

1)The one thing Matt never tours without is his wife! We know right?! How sweet! "She likes to come with," Matt revealed.

2) Duff is very superstitious and always tours with a very special bracelet: "I always take this bracelet, but once I left it ... and Nuno had to loan me a bracelet, and Billy Gibbons' wife loaned me a bracelet, I just felt so fucking weird, so I guess I am superstitious in that way."

3) Nuno has never played a show without painting his nails! "I told Duff, I was painting my nails stupidly before a show because I forgot, and he was looking at me, like why are you sweating over this. I've never played a show since I was like fucking 11 years old without painting my nails! And I forgot once, I looked down, and I had the worst show, because you see these black dots when you play chords and stuff and you get so used to the visual."

4) Matt used to wear red underwear and chewed gum until the 5th song before spitting it out.

5) Matt also used to wear a special necklace. "We were playing a stadium, and the dressing room was like 2 miles away, and we're almost to the stage and I go, 'I don't have my necklace on, I can't play!' Luckily I got over that."
