ACM Awards announces new noms

Nashville, Tennessee - The Academy of Country Music has revealed the nominees for their two newcomer categories.

Eric Church, Easton Corbin and Randy Houser are competing for top new solo vocalist. Nominees for new vocal duo or group include The Band Perry, The JaneDear Girls and Steel Magnolia.

Fans can vote for their favourites online, beginning January 27. The winner in each category will be announced in March and will move on to compete for top new artist.

Fan voting for top new artist begins March 11, and the winner will be announced live at the ACM Awards in Las Vegas on April 3.

The complete list of nominees for the ACM Awards will be announced in February.
