Johannesburg - Award-winning musicians Cassper Nyovest, Zahara and KO are among a star-studded list of performers who will be at the Nedbank Cup final at Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium in Port Elizabeth on Saturday.
Eastern Cape-born Zahara and KO of the popular CaraCara hit will perform an hour before the football match between Mamelodi Sundowns and Ajax Cape Town kicks off at 15:00.
Celebrated rapper Nyovest will perform at half-time.
The PSL, together with sponsors Nedbank, are going all out to ensure that people who will be attending the final will not only be treated to 90 minutes of football but also a host of activities that include the music and a fan zone.
The game itself is set to be a thrilling one.
Saturday's match will be the ninth cup clash between Ajax and Sundowns. Ajax may have won five games to Sundowns’ three, but three of those games have gone to penalty shoot-outs – all of which were won by the Capetonians.
