The men from American indie pop rock band OK Go are the pop culture embodiment of this saying as anyone who saw their award winning 2006 video for Here We Go Again will tell you.

We know that the music matters and yes the song was catchy, but the video’s simple concept was exceptional. The tight-jeans-wearing-foursome hopped on treadmills with synchronised dance moves. It was amazing.
