Cape Town - Coldplay have been up Table Mountain and praise Cape Town as the ideal introduction to Africa for the band.
Coldplay drummer Will Champion appeared on the KFM Breakfast show with Ryan O' Connor on Thursday, where he was asked about his impressions of the show, and whether the band had spent any time looking around the Mother City.
He spoke about the band's stay in Cape Town, comparing this stage of their tour to walking up "Kloof Street" preparing to scale Table Mountain.

He also spoke about the new album Mylo Xyloto, which will be released later this month - referring to it as a project of "colour and energy".
"With every album we try to take a step in a different direction. There's a very strong visual identity behind the record," he told O' Connor.
