Cape Town – Die Antwoord has released a teaser trailer to promote their forthcoming album, Ten$ion, which is set to release on February 7.
The video sees the group seemingly referencing South African artist Jane Alexander's most famous piece titled The Butcher Boys. Pale, painted skins, demonic mask-like faces and horned figures allude to the famous work by the prominent resistance artist.
The trailer features Yolandi Vi$$er as a goblin creature with a hankering for fresh heart.
The explicit short video is set to the latest track by Die Antwoord titled I Fink You Freeky, which was released last week.
Ten$ion will be the first record released on their own Zefrecords label after dropping Interscope last year.
