Cape Town – There’s only one more day to wait until the very handsome Mr Ezra takes the stage for the first time in SA and we can’t wait!
While all you Joburg jollers patiently wait for Sunday to come around, here’s everything you need to know to make sure your day with George Ezra runs smoothly.
When is the big day?
Sunday, 30 August.
Where is it going down?
Big Top Arena at Carnival City.
After much consideration Seed Experiences has made the decision to move George Ezra into the Big Top Arena at Carnival City.
The decision was made after careful consideration of the customer experience, weather, capacity and overall experience into account and we are confident that the indoors experience will be a more enjoyable, cosy one (because who doesn’t want to cosy up to George Ezra anyway!)

What if I get the munchies?
A fully serviced bar will be available and the venue has a number of festive food vendors to attend to those hunger busters.

Important things to remember:
Standard ticket holders:
As the indoor venue has ground floor standing and first level seating all standard tickets are now valid as ‘unreserved seating’ tickets.
Both areas have a fixed capacity, for this reason, we recommend arriving early to ensure you get the space you want.
Premium ticket holders:
Your Premium ticket will still have all its advertised perks (access to priority parking, separate entrance, exclusive bar and ablutions), please look out for the event signage directing you to parking, entrance, bar and ablutions.
In addition, as a Premium ticket holder you will have access to the Premium area situated in the floor standing, as well as a number of reserved seats should you wish to take advantage of this view point.
Anything else?
- No liquids (including alcohol and water), firearms, glass, weapons, knives, sharp objects, cameras with removable lenses (unless media accredited), fireworks, explosives, mace, gas canisters, glass, illegal substances, animals/ pets, braai equipment, hooka/hubbly pipes, unauthorised distribution of any flyers or brands/products or laser pointers.
