Freshlyground in Zim fracas again

Cape Town - The music group Freshlyground was denied entry into Zimbabwe on Sunday, shortly after their flight landed from Johannesburg, Southern Eye reports.

They didn't get further than the Harare International Airport.

No reasons have been given as to why they were turned away, but in 2010 the group was banned from playing a show in Harare after they released a music video (Chicken to Change), in which they mock President Robert Mugabe for clinging to power.

The group was to stage the closing performance at the Harare International Festival of the Arts (Hifa).
