Cape Town - German music duo, Clemens and Philipp, otherwise known as Milky Chance, are the second international act to be performing at Rocking the Daisies Music and Lifestyle Festival.

The festival will be taking place from the 1 – 4 October at Cloof Wine Estate in Darling. They are the latest international act announced to play the festival this year, alongside The Cat Empire (AUS) on the Main stage.

Milky Chance became a viral online sensation after they released their self-produced single Stolen Dance on YouTube, which racked up over 30 million plus views in one month. They mix elegant electronic production with acoustic guitars and lilting, lush vocals and have mastered an original style that can best be described as singer-songwriter spirit mixed with electronic beats.

Clemens says, "Somehow, it's always a little bit melancholy, but there's a positive spin. You can dance to most of it too! Melancholy is something that I carry within me. I write the best songs when this mood catches me."

Rocking the Daisies Phase Two ticket sales are officially open to the public at R850 a ticket. Click here to get your tickets now.

Phase Three of ticket sales will open on 10  June with tickets on sale for R950; however if Phase Two tickets sell out before this date then Phase Three will automatically kick in.
