Guitar virtuoso Loki Rothman to release his debut album

Cape Town - Guitar virtuoso Loki Rothman is barely 24 years old, but he has packed more into his career than most musicians do in a lifetime. He jump started his career when he ended up in top 6 on the first season of SA's Got Talent

This guitar maestro is the complete package. Loki has mastered many genres on the guitar, has a mesmerising voice and paints beautiful landscapes with his original lyrics.

Tuesday, 16 June sees the release of Loki Rothman’s debut album, The Way Back on iTunes

The album is about relationships, love and few lessons he has learned over the past 5 years. It’s got a pop/rock sound to it with a few acoustic and electronic elements to spice it up.

"It was such an interesting process making this album. I got to play around with so many different sounds and each song has its own unique vibe," says Loki.

Loki wrote all the music and lyrics on The Way Back and co-produced the album with Justin de Nobrega (producer for Die Antwoord, Jack Parow, Toya Delazy and others).

Loki previously released Light these Fires, Clocks and See the Light as a precursor for the album's release. Both these singles charted on radio stations country wide. The current single from The Way Back is Wheel Don't Turn.
