Los Angeles - Rapper Kanye West has agreed to pay $250 000 to a man he allegedly beat up in the waiting room of a Beverley Hills chiropractor, celebrity website TMZ.com reported on Tuesday.
The report said that in exchange for the payment, the man has agreed to drop a criminal case against the rap mogul - though the district attorney could still decide to press charges.
The incident occurred earlier this month when the alleged victim hurled racial epithets at West's fiancé Kim Kardashian. According to the report, the man had originally demanded a sum in the high six figures in return for dropping the lawsuit.
