Miley Cyrus' naked body in Wrecking Ball smashed boy band One Direction's short lived reign of having the most views in 24 hours on VEVO.
The previously held record at 12.3 million originally kicked Miley's We Can't Stop off the throne, but now the queen is back currently standing at almost 16 million, with the 24 hour timer still going.
Safe to say, that record got wrecked.
New MTV doccie
The VMA shocker also announced on Twitter that MTV will be airing a documentary about the young singer next month. Her upcoming album Bangerz will also be released a week after the documentary on 8 October:
