Cape Town – New details regarding ticket packages for Lady Gaga's South African tour and how to buy them have been released.
There are two VIP packages available for Lady Gaga's concerts, which are taking place in Johannesburg on 30 November and in Cape Town on 3 December, namely the Government Hooker and the Highway Unicorn package.
Package sales will open in two stages. The first one opened on Tuesday at 09:00, and the second stage will open to the public on 21 June at 09:00 through the call centre and website only.
The packages are limited to 6 tickets per person and include the following:
Government Hooker package
One R715 General Admission standing ticket
Early entry for General Admission standing area
Tour gift for each guest (handed out on show night)
Souvenir 'Born This Way Ball' tour laminate
Highway Unicorn package
One R615 top-priced seated ticket
Tour gift for each guest (handed out on show night)
Souvenir 'Born This Way Ball' tour laminate
No packages will be for sale through the stores and no print@home option is available for packages.

Computicket has been keeping people updated as to what is happening with the bookings on Tuesday via their Twitter account. According to Computicket, "the system has not crashed, it is now a queuing system and delays can be expected due to the high volume of site usage".
Their latest update reads as follows: "The #LadyGagaSA queue timer has been disabled to avoid confusion. The timer was merely a estimate based on the max possible time for booking".
Big Concerts also posted the following on their Facebook page on Tuesday: "A quick update for you... Based on the current load, we anticipate processing between 7 000 and 9 000 tickets per hour. Currently there are 38 000 people in the queue to purchase tickets."
Many South African 'monsters' have already bought their Lady Gaga tickets hassle-free and shared their delight on Twitter.
Lynette Hunderburg tweeted the following: "WOOOHOOOOOOOOO Awesomeness, Got my VIP tickets for Lady Gage via the awesome hasselfree QUEUE-IT in under 10 mins! YAY!! @Computicket ROCKS"
