Cape Town – The boys of One Direction on Wednesday night charmed the socks off the Cape Town crowd during their last performance in South Africa.
The British boy band, including Liam Payne, Louis Tomlinson, Niall Horan and Harry Styles, entertained their fans with a super energetic show that ended with an explosion of colourful fireworks.
The night kicked off with a performance by Johnny Apple as well as a surprise visit from local favourites, Beatenberg.
But it was ultimately the One Direction hunks that stole the show.
“I’m so in love with Cape Town,” Harry shouted as the girls swooned.
The lads are clearly good friends and there was absolutely no sign of any tension despite Zayn Malik's recent departure from the world famous group.
This was the band's first visit to South Africa and according to Liam they've fallen madly in love with the country after they got to go on a safari early on Wednesday morning.
A source revealed to Channel24 that the boy band jetted out of the city in the early hours of the morning to visit a nearby lodge and they enjoyed every moment of it.
"You've got some really scary animals here. It's amazing," Liam said on stage.
