Oppikoppi uses Table Mountain to announce part of the local line-up for 2014

Cape Town - Oppikoppi organisers announced part of the local line-up for its 20th annual rock festival to be held in Northam in the North West on Wednesday.

The first band announcements were made on top of the Brixton Tower in Johannesburg and Table Mountain in Cape Town and can be viewed on the Oppikoppi app. (see instructions below)

The bands that will be playing at Oppikoppi Odyssey are as follows:

Newtown Knife Gang
Springbok Nude Girls
Spoek Mathambo
Shortstraw
aKing
Schalk Joubert band
Squeal
Van Coke Kartel

7 – 9 August 2014 (the public holiday now falls on a Saturday so you’ll need to take one day leave from work)

General tickets: R700 per person. Includes the event t-shirt and camping for the weekend.  Available on the OppiKoppi Facebook page or here.
