Selena inspires new Justin Bieber songs

Los Angeles - Justin Bieber has written songs about Selena Gomez for his latest album.

The 18-year-old singer will release the acoustic version of his record Believe on 29 January and the Beauty And A Beat hitmaker has drawn inspiration from his on'off relationship with Selena, 20, for the album.

A source told HollywoodLife.com: "Justin told Selena that he wrote her a bunch of new songs and they are going on the album."

"He is desperate for her attention, but she is flattered. Sel loves him but just wants him to treat her better. But she loves when he sings about her, so she's flattered."

'Everything feels new'

Justin only completed the album on Thursday when he penned two last minute tracks, believed to be about Selena.

He tweeted on Friday: "finished the #BELIEVEacoustic album tonight. wrote a brand new song to finish it off that i love. 2 new songs on there. PREORDER IT NOW!! :)

"8 wasnt enough. had to write some more new ones. now im putting out 10 SONGS on #BELIEVEacoustic . Im telling u. PREORDER it now :) (sic)"

The singer is delighted with his latest work - a stripped back version of his third studio album, Believe - and is confident his fans, who are nicknamed Beliebers, will feel the same way about the record.

He wrote: "every song has a new guitar arrangement..1 w/ piano. everything feels new and #KIDRAUHL - u guys r gonna like it. PREORDER#BELIEVEacoustic

"u hyped yet? #BELIEVEacoustic . good (sic)"
