Synergy Joburg moves venue

Johannesburg - The Joburg leg of the Synergy live festival has moved from Crocodile Creek to Newtown Park, in front of the Bassline, due to new curfew and sound restriction in the Creek.

Synergy decided on the move as the restrictions "would have hampered the integrity of the show as well as fans and bands alike", according the a press release.

Current ticket holders don't need to change their tickets and the times and acts are still the same, with the international line-up still being The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus, Foreign Beggars, Everything Everything, Feed Me and other SA musical acts.

Tickets for the Joburg event on 1 December are priced at R395, R450 at the door and R650 for VIP. The Cape Town leg is happening at Theewaterskloof Dam on the weekend of 29 November, with tickets ranging from R450-R500 for the whole weekend or 2 days. Get your tickets at webtickets.
