Johannesburg - The Parlotones announced on Thursday that they had to postpone all performance dates and promotional activities indefinitely.

The band have been forced to postpone the remainder of their Unplugged Winter Tour due to lead singer Kahn Morbee experiencing damage to his vocal chords recently.

He will be undergoing surgery to repair the current issues with his vocal chords and new tour dates will be announced once surgery has taken place and rehabilitation has commenced.

In a statement released by the band they apologise to all fans for the cancellations and say they hope to be back on stage in the foreseeable future.

All purchased or booked tickets are fully refundable. Please contact the relevant venues for a full refund.
