Cape Town - So it's almost that time of year again… Tunes, beer, sun and of course the river that runs through it.
The Up the Creek music festival will be kicking off on Thursday 30 January until Sunday 2 February at the Breede River in Swellendam.
This year you can expect to see live music on 4 stages throughout the weekend namely on the Jägermeister stage, the Ray-Ban River stage, the MK Main stage and the Red Bull Electro stage.
To make life a bit easier, here's the day-by-day highlights to look forward to:
Thursday 30 January
If you do want the best camping spot, this is the day to arrive! You can also enjoy a lekker blues session with Dave Ferguson and Mean Black Mamba on the Jägermeister stage.
Friday 31 January
On Friday afternoon, you can check out an awesome collaboration with legendary rocker Piet Botha, Akkedis, Kite Rider and Friends.
For those still wanting to party, late night acts to take to the stage include blues maestro Gerald Clark and the Dead Men, The Plastics, Red Huxley and of course the not-to-be-missed 20th anniversary show of Springbok Nude Girls!
Saturday 1 February

Saturday night brings you more of the best on the MK Main stage with Shortstraw, Hot Water, Black Cat Bones and Taxi Violence.
And just after midnight you can dance to the beat of Bed on Bricks and Mean Black Mamba.
