Usher's ex 'trusts universe' with sons

Los Angeles - Usher's ex-wife plans to trust the universe when it comes to their sons' welfare.

Tameka Foster posted a philosophical message on Twitter after her bid to regain custody of their children, Usher Raymond V, and Naviyd, was denied by a judge in Atlanta, Georgia, on Friday, but insisted she feels great after the ruling.

Just hours after she was comforted in court by her ex-husband, the former stylist wrote: "When life doesn't make sense, remember the universal system is beyond anything we can comprehend. We don't need to see it. Just trust it."

Emergency hearing

She also posted on Saturday: "I feel great this morning! My son and I got a good night’s sleep. Didnt even hear the nurses fumbling around. Yaaay, I usually sleep so light (Sic)."

Tameka, who split from The Voice mentor in 2009, lost custody of their boys last year but filed legal documents on Tuesday asking for an emergency hearing, just one day after Usher Jr almost drowned in a swimming pool when his hand got stuck in a drain.

However, the judge ruled in court on Friday that the children will remain in 34-year-old Usher's care. Usher Jr is doing well and is expected to be released from hospital in a few days.

Tameka's 11-year-old son Kile, from a previous relationship, died last year after a Jet Ski accident.
