Cape Town - Life In Colour, the world's largest paint party, is taking place at the JHB Expo Centre at Nasrec on Saturday 5 of September.
Johannesburg plays host to the first event of its kind on the African continent as Life In Colour is set to entertain Jozi’s biggest party animals with a series of incredible paint blasts throughout the night and a show which features live sets by DJs accompanied by various artistic, circus-styled performers.
Danny Avila, one of the world’s top rising DJ’s in the EDM scene, is the first DJ to be announced for the event and will be the international headliner for Life In Colour.
At the youthful age of 20, Danny Avila has become one of the hottest acts in the world of EDM. From winning the ‘Best Newcomer DJ’ at the prestigious 2011 Vicious Music Awards at just 16, through to touring Asia, North America and Europe at the side of Tiësto at the close of 2013 - Avila has risen through the ranks of the dance music elite.
As one of the most in-demand young talents on the globe, Danny has already graced the hallowed stages of Coachella, Ultra Music Festival (both Miami and NYC) in an incredible Main Stage debut, Electric Zoo, Electric Daisy Carnival, Creamfields, TomorrowWorld, as well as recently gracing South America and Asia with his debut shows in these regions, back in March.

Throughout the show, the audience is sprayed with non-toxic paint through various means (including hoses on-stage and personal paint bottles); attendees are encouraged to dress in white clothing to serve as a "canvas" for the paint.
A countdown is also held to a special "paint blast" during the show, which features a mixture of paint and confetti.
A night like this is the ultimate party night out and here is what you can expect: A crew will be blasting paint across the crowd, along with paint cannons which can shoot over 200 feet:
