Chris Brown 'tested for drugs' after his arrest

Los Angeles - Chris Brown was reportedly tested for drugs after his arrest on Tuesday.

The 27-year-old singer was charged with assault with a deadly weapon following a stand-off at his Tarzana, Los Angeles, home in the early hours of Tuesday morning, and law enforcement sources have told gossip website TMZ he gave up a blood sample after arriving at the prison.

Police were called to Chris' house after beauty queen Baylee Curran dialled 911 and accused him of pulling a gun on her after an argument.

The Loyal hitmaker is said to have thrown a duffel bag out of a window, with police seizing drugs and at least one firearm from within the abode.

Baylee appeared on TMZ Live following the incident and was asked if there was "a lot of drinking" and drugs at Chris' house.

She replied: "Umm ... I, honestly, just want to give the information about what happened to me, I really don't want to disclose anything further.

"I don't want any more trouble with Chris, I don't want any more trouble with anybody else.

"I honestly did not ask for this. Obviously, what would you do if you were in this situation? If someone put a gun in your face?"

The 24-year-old model has since insisted she needs "protection" because she fears for her life.

She recently said: "I'm scared for my life. I'm terrified. I hope they can provide protection... I think the world kind of needs to know that this stuff does happen. A lot of violence is going on in the world right now and I think that we all kind of need to wake up to it and reunite and just share the love, I guess."

Baylee visited the Yeah 3x hitmaker to talk to him about appearing in one of his music videos.

Despite the reports, Chris has not been charged with any drug-related offences.

Chris - who has a two-year-old daughter, Royalty, with ex-girlfriend Nia Guzman - has denied the allegations against him.
