Kanye West is planning another secret gig

Los Angeles- Kanye West will perform a secret gig during London Fashion Week.

The All Day rapper will release his new album Waves, which was previously named Swish, on 11 February and is reportedly hoping to debut the record at an intimate gig in the UK capital during the fashion extravaganza, which runs from 19 to 23 February.

A source told Loaded magazine: "Kanye is a big fan of London Fashion Week, and he'll almost certainly be coming over to it this year. With his album out the week before, it looks like he'd do a show for his hardcore fans while he's over for fashion week, to give SWISH extra underground kudos. He enjoys playing clubs as much as he does the bigger stages when he can."

It is expected any gig he does play in London will be announced at short notice, similar to when he performed at the 1 400-capacity Koko venue in the city last March.

Meanwhile, the album will be heard in its entirety for the first time at New York's Madison Square Garden on its release date.

Kanye is staging a show for his Yeezy line at the venue for New York Fashion Week, and though he's selling tickets, insiders insist he won't be performing the record live.

A poster for the event promises a"world premiere of the album in its entirety."

However, a source told the New York Post newspaper's Page Six column: "He's not performing. It's not a concert. He'll premiere his new album, so it's sort of like an album preview party and fashion preview.

"It's a very large production and the first time fans will be able to hear the full album."
