Cape Town – Justin Vernon is founder and frontman of the indie-folk band Bon Iver. 

The artist - who has worked with everyone from Kanye West to James Blake - debuted two new songs at a performance on Friday night and then tweeted out the release date of his band’s new album.

While the song titles might be hard to say (and type without an emoji keyboard) the songs themselves have received praise far and wide.
