QOTSA frontman Josh Homme apologises for kicking photographer in the head


Cape Town – Queens of the Stone Age frontman Josh Homme issued an apology on Sunday after he kicked a photographer in the head at one of their shows.

Footage of the incident surfaced online and was also posted by Shutterstock photographer, Chelsea Lauren, who had to spend her night in the ER after Homme kicked her in the head.

The incident happened during the band’s KROQ's annual holiday concert in Los Angeles on Saturday.

On Sunday Homme took to Instagram to post an apology to Lauren, saying he "did not mean for it to happen" and that he "is very sorry".

He also posted videos on Instgram in which he apologises to Lauren as well as his family and bandmates.
