As we’ve written before, rapper Khuli Chana’s One Source music video, which appeared ahead of the EP of the same name, was pretty amazing.

On his EP he is on a new level, with Africa-flavoured beats bursting from it. It features collaborations from across the continent – Patoranking, Victoria Kimani, Sarkodie and our very own Cassper Nyovest and KayGizm.

This album celebrates Africa as the source of humanity and creativity. If you don’t know enough about the music of the rest of Africa, this is a great place to start.

In fact, you’ll wish it was Heritage Month all over again. Khuli Chana has worked hard on One Source, that much is clear. He delivers everything we’ve come to expect from him.
