WATCH: Drake gives away over R11M in new video

Cape Town – Canadian rapper Drake gave away $996 631, 90 (roughly 11588337.42 South African Rand at the current rate of conversion) while filming his new music video for the song, God’s Plan. 

The 31-year-old artist made headlines earlier this month after giving a scholarship to a student and  a women’s shelter in Miami; both of these philanthropic moments are captured in the clip. 

The song is classic Drake with a chorus that is perfect for singing along with, while the verses showcase his lyrical prowess.
