Cape Town – New local talent Amy Tjasink recently joined us in studio for a chat and a live session.

Amy, who is a singer and songwriter from Cape Town, launched her debut EP Average Jane on Monday, 8 August 2016 at Suikerbossie Restaurant in Hout Bay. Amy took guests on a journey of self-discovery as she enticed them with her incredible vocals and folk-country and pop style music. 

Speaking to Channel24’s Jennifer Sanasie, Amy shared some of her musical influences and gave us the inside scoop on her EP launch and what it was like to rock out with a full band.
