Cape Town - Locnville on Thursday released the music video for Cold Shoulder featuring Sketchy Bongo.
Cold Shoulder is the second single off the duo’s upcoming album Taste the Weekend which will be out on iTunes and Apple Music on 17 June.
According to the boys, Taste The Weekend is inspired by sounds of future dancehall and the deep house scene of South Africa. The album was created in Los Angeles as well as South Africa.
"Taste The Weekend is our third studio album. This record is the perfect amalgamation of all the sounds that you’ve come to expect from us with of course a bit of experimentation. We focused on making a uniquely African feel with an international flavour, which we think really comes across. It’s been almost a year in the making between South Africa and the States, and we are very proud to put our name to this," Locnville said.
