Britain's Prince Philip in hospital

2012-06-04 18:15

London - Prince Philip, Queen Elizabeth II's 90-year-old husband, was admitted to hospital on Monday with a bladder infection and will miss the rest of her diamond jubilee celebrations, Buckingham Palace said.

"Prince Philip will remain in hospital under observation for a few days," the palace said in a statement.

"He is, understandably, disappointed about missing this evening's Diamond Jubilee Concert and tomorrow's engagements."

a bladder infection. you can treat that with simple medication without even speaking to a pharmicist. cranberry juice, baking soda etc etc and a cranberry complex supplement and you good to go

Having seen him standing next to the Queen for the four or more hours yesterday in the cold, I am not surprised he has caught something. Also bear in mind some months ago he was also hopitalised for a while. After all most 90 year olds would have been watching the whole event on TV in the warmth and comfort of their homes. He is otherwise very resolute and is always there for the Queen. I wish him well and a speedy recovery.

On behalf of all sane black people I would like to apologise to all white people and everyone who had the misfortune of reading busisiwe.kubeka1's comment. We forgot to lock the Zoo today, some animals escaped.

Thank you for that comment, it shows that there is still hope for this country if there are people like you.

So Busisiwe it can be accepted is wishing death on another 90's yr old cultured and respected statesman with the name Nelson Mandela that means nothing to the bigot by his/her comments and support afforded others not worth re-mentioning . No wonder South Africa finds itself in the pits of hell!

Busisiwe, if I am not mistaken, your name means "Blessing". You must have had good parents to believe in you. But how we respond to life, with either "blessing" or "cursing", is a choice and our words tell the world what our decision is, and of what benefit we will be to society.
