Las Vegas - Singer Bruno Mars faces possible cocaine possession charges in Las Vegas after a weekend arrest following a nightclub show.
Police say the Just the Way You Are crooner was arrested early on Sunday after being detained by security at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino.
Officials say Mars, whose real name is Peter Hernandez, was found with 2.6g of cocaine and arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.
Authorities say he was released without bail before 08:00 on Sunday.
His publicist did not immediately return messages seeking comment from The Associated Press. A hotel spokesperson declined comment.
Formal charges have not yet been filed.
