Calabasas - Justin Bieber's neighbour in Southern California has accused the pop singer of battery and making threats during an argument.
Los Angeles County Sherriff's Department spokesperson Steve Whitmore says authorities were called to the scene in Calabasas just after 09:00 on Tuesday.
Whitmore says it's unclear who called authorities, and whether there have been previous complaints about problems between the 19-year-old crooner and neighbours.
Whitmore says there has been no arrest and the situation remains under investigation.
A representative of Bieber did not immediately return a request for comment.
