Los Angeles - Well-known TV star Dennis Farina has passed away, TMZ reported on Monday night.
Farina, who starred as detective Joe Fontana on Law & Order, died earlier on Monday in Scottsdale, Arizona after suffering a blood clot in his lung. He was 69 years old.
