New York - The actor who was badly hurt after plunging more than nine metres during the Broadway musical of Spider-Man says he can't wait to heal and put on the web-slinger's costume again.
Christopher Tierney, who suffered a skull fracture and broken ribs in the December 20 fall during a performance of Spider-Man: Turn Off the Dark, blames his injuries on a freak accident and doesn't accuse the producers or the creative team of carelessness.
Now undergoing rehab, the 32-year-old Tierney says he's taking a wait-and-see approach about a timetable to returning to the $65m show, but says he is walking now with little pain.
The state Department of Labour is investigating the accident.
