Cape Town – Queen Elizabeth’s planned visit to the new Scotland Yard has been postponed due to an attack that took place outside the UK Parliament on Wednesday.

The Queen was set to open the Metropolitan Police’s new headquarters on Thursday, however the royal engagement has been delayed following an incident in which, according to the Telegraph, 4 people were killed and 20 injured after a car and knife attack police are calling a terrorist attack.
