Benoni pooch gets famous moniker

Cape Town - There's a new Charlize in Benoni.

A stray 6-year-old boerboel was found roaming aimlessly in the Benoni and taken in by Barking Mad, an association which aims to place abandoned dogs in new homes.

Charlize is described as charming, charismatic and beautiful, much like her namesake.

"Biddable and keen to please, Charlize possesses a cool confidence and warm disposition," reports barkingmad.co.za.

People interested in adopting Charlize can e-mail adoptions@barkingmad.co.za or call 071 360 1838.
