DJ Warras, Tumi Voster and Thando Thabethe join 5FM

Cape Town – 5FM confirmed in a statement on Tuesday that DJ Warras and Tumi Voster will be joining the station.

According to the statement the former YFM presenters will be joining the station and dominating the airwaves between 19:00 and 22:00 from Monday to Friday.

“5FM looks forward to their quirkiness, their outspoken values and opinions and keeping the ever changing audience entertained,” Tim Zunckel, 5fm programme manager, said.

Multi-talented, Thando Thabethe will also join the station as a contributor for a weekday show and her own show on the weekend.

“We are very excited, the 5FM brand always attracts top personalities who want to work on the biggest youth platform in the country. This is a perfect time for Warras to join and this will have the ability to take his career to the next level. Both Tumi and Thando are great additions to the new line-up and we looking forward to them developing on our platform,” Zunckel added.
