Cape Town – Socialite and media personality Khanyi Mbau suffered minor injuries when she rolled her car early on Monday, reports Daily Sun.

The Queen of Bling reportedly lost control of her rented white VW Polo Vivo on the N1 highway near Grasmere in the south of Johannesburg. She was on her way back from a TV shoot in Kroonstad for her latest project, Room Divider.

Khanyi reportedly suffered minor head injuries and was treated at the scene before being rushed to Lenmed Hospital in Lenasia by an ambulance.

She told the Daily Sun that she is happy to be alive as the car "was crushed like an envelope" after she swerved to avoid a truck and rolled three times.
