Peaches Geldof found dead

London - Peaches Geldof, the daughter of musician Bob Geldof and late television presenter Paula Yates, has died aged 25, the BBC reported late on Monday.

Her mother, Paula Yates, died aged 41 from a heroin overdose in 2000.

The report identified her as the woman found by police at a house in Kent, outside London, where they had been called after a report of concern for a woman's welfare.

"A woman aged 25 was pronounced dead by South East Coast Ambulance Service," Kent police said in a statement.

"At this stage, the death is being treated as an unexplained sudden death. Officers are working to establish the circumstances around the death."
