Scaffolding collapses before Linkin Park concert

Cape Town - Reports say scaffolding collapsed outside the Cape Town Stadium prior to the Linkin Park concert being held there on Wednesday.

According to initial reports between 10 and 14 people have been injured.

A witness said it appears an advertising structure - a branding tower - collapsed outside the stadium after a strong gust of wind.

Emergency personnel are currently at the scene.

According to 5FM, the concert is going ahead as scheduled.
