Toya Delazy to open for Adam Lambert

Cape Town - Big Concerts has confirmed that Toya Delazy will be Adam Lambert's supporting act during his tour in South Africa.

In 2009, Toya who hails from Kwa-Zulu Natal, graduated from Howard College in Durban and soon after signed up with Sony Music Africa in 2011. Her debut album Due Drop was released in April this year.

Toya is best known for her singles such as Pump It On and Love Is In The Air.

Lambert, a former American Idol alum, is one of many international acts on their way to South Africa, including Linkin Park and Lady Gaga.

The tour, presented by 94.7 Highveld Stereo, 94.5 KFM and M-Net, is presenting shows at the Grand Arena, GrandWest in Cape Town on Tuesday 13 November and at the Coca-Cola Dome in Johannesburg on Friday 16 November.
