Cape Town – Channel24 popped in at the super-sleek new H&M store at the V&A Waterfront on Wednesday night for the launch of the #SelectedByBeckham range.
What’s it all about:
#SelectedByBeckham sees David Beckham and H&M team up to select a pretty amazing collection of menswear that officially goes on sale in local stores on Thursday.
What does all of this mean? Well, basically David Beckham selected the best of the best and H&M is putting it all in a convenient space for your shopping pleasure. It’s like having David Beckham as your personal stylist.
Overheard:
The H&M at the V&A Waterfront’s men’s division is one of the largest in the H&M group. The Waterfront actually moved their head office to make space for the top part of the store. Pretty cool! (Can we talk about that glamorous escalator ride with all the mirrors!!)
