Two rather unknown celebs have been cast in the much-fantasised-about roles of Christian Grey and Anastasia Steele causing havoc on the internet and bringing social media to a boil.
When author E.L. James announced the news via Twitter on Monday night she surely wasn’t expecting this kind of outrage from die-hard fans and fellow enthusiasts.
As upset as the boys were over Ben Affleck as Batman, just as upset were the girls over Charlie Hunnum as the muscular and broad-shouldered Christian.
"There is a lot that goes into casting that isn't just looks. Talent, availability, their desire to do it, chemistry with other actor, etc," Dana Brunetti, the producer, tweeted.
We don’t think Charlie is a bad choice at all. Just look at him.
Plus Dakota might just be the fresh new face Hollywood was waiting for all these years.
There’s only one way to find out. We will have to wait for the movie.
